Order Graphic Design for Real Estate Brokerage Marketing Pieces

My Broker Marketing offers a Portal Package for real estate brokerages who already have beautifully and professionally designed marketing materials. We still go through the same process that we would if we were designing your materials – initial phone consult, in-person marketing planning, agent training. The difference is that this package is typically ready for agent use faster because we are not creating new designs for your marketing pieces. We take your provided files and convert them to our portal format so you and your agents can customize and order your items as needed.

Pricing for the Portal Package varies depending on the amount and type of pieces your brokerage is using. We do offer design and consultation for any additions you would like to make to your marketing efforts. An example of price for a Portal Package would include conversion of 10-15 marketing pieces for portal usage and would be in the $1,000-$1,500 range. On average we charge around $100 per piece to set up in the portal. Keep in mind that large brochures and newsletter take more time and cost more to set up.

There are no monthly or annual fees to use the agent portal after the initial set-up fees for professionally printed items ordered through the portal. For digital files and downloads, fees average $10/mth per product.

Current pricing for 14pt gloss or 14pt uncoated business cards is $20 for 250 cards and $95 for 500 qty 8.5″ x 5.5″ postcards. My Broker Marketing’s brokerage websites are created in WordPress, which allows you to easily update pages and content. We also recommend an IDX integration plug in to pull your listings directly to your website and the ability to create custom agent specific landing pages. With multiple SEO friendly pages focusing on your target market, a new website can really set you apart from the competition. Our website cost range from $50-$100 per page.
