What Does an Agent Portal Set-Up Include?
Initial set-up of your brokerage’s portal includes an initial phone consult, in-person marketing planning, template platform implementation and agent training documents. You can add an unlimited number of users for your account, and designate ‘super users’ who can request account changes.
What Can I Add to the Portal?
We offer a variety of print materials, promotional items and services that each brokerage can make available to its agents. Each broker makes the final decision on what to offer to their agents.
Professional printed marketing pieces include business cards, postcards, direct mail newsletters and property flyers. Some brokerages also add specialty items including listing presentations, agent resumes and other items that can be printed by the end-user. You can use your current marketing designs, or allow us to design new pieces for you.
Print Materials – We offer a variety of products, quantities and paper stock. Available pieces include business cards, postcards, newsletters, brochures, calendars, folders and more. Paper stock varieties include 14pt high gloss, 14pt uncoated, 16pt matte, 100 lb recycled cover, 24pt trifecta, 38pt trifecta, 70lb text, 80lb text and 100lb text. Promotional Items – Our promotional provider has sourced some of the best promotional items available! From basics like pens and koozies to high-end cutlery and glassware, you can give your agents easy access to branded promotional items.
Marketing Services – Are your agents looking for custom designed pieces, copy writing, email newsletters, website design or other marketing help? Make it easy for your agents to find what they need through your brokerage’s marketing portal.
How Much Does an Agent Portal Cost the Brokerage?
Portal set-up varies per brokerage based on number and type of marketing pieces. We do offer design and consultation for any additions you would like to make to your marketing efforts. An example of price for a Portal Package would include conversion of 10-15 marketing pieces for portal usage and would be in the $1,000-$1,500 range. On average we charge around $100 per piece to set up in the portal. Current set-up pricing for individual pieces is below as an example.
There are no monthly or annual fees to use the agent portal after the initial set-up fees if only professionally printed materials or marketing services are available on the portal. Brokerages who choose to add pieces that can be printed by the end-user are charged a monthly fee based on a combination of number of piece and estimated downloads.

How Much are Agents Charged to Use the Portal?
We do not charge your agents to use your brokerage portal. Individual pieces are priced by quantity and paper stock or service type chosen. Agents can choose shipping speeds and can rush most print orders. Individual agents or teams can add their personalized brokerage approved templates to the portal for the same set-up fees as we charge the brokerage. If your brokerage no longer uses the portal, but an agent wants to keep pieces available for his/her use, we work with them to determine if there will be additional costs.
Print Materials – Our printed materials are competitively priced, high-quality pieces that will help your agents stand out! Current pricing for 14pt gloss or 14pt uncoated business cards is $20 for 250 cards and $30 for 1000 cards.

Marketing Services – Pricing for all services vary depending on the scope of work. For example, copy writing for a postcard averages $25 with agent providing MLS link.
